AGNIR uses Calendly as a scheduling provider. Calendly may process booking details needed to create and manage consultation appointments, send calendar invitations or appointment confirmations, and support scheduling operations. AGNIR uses server-side Calendly APIs for the current workflow; AGNIR does not expose Calendly API tokens to browser JavaScript.
Calendly has its own privacy notice, data processing terms, and customer terms. Your use of Calendly-powered scheduling may also be subject to Calendly's policies.

Where AGNIR relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent. For website analytics, use the Cookie Preferences link in the footer to change your browser's analytics preference. For other consent or data requests, contact info@agnir.net.
Withdrawing consent does not automatically affect processing that occurred before withdrawal, processing required by law, or processing needed for legitimate business records, security, or dispute handling where applicable.
8. Your rights and requests
Depending on applicable law and context, you may ask AGNIR to provide information about your personal data, correct inaccurate or incomplete data, delete data where applicable, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, or raise a privacy grievance or request.
Send privacy requests to info@agnir.net. AGNIR may need to verify your identity, understand the request, and retain certain records where required for legal, security, accounting, recruitment, or business reasons.

When AGNIR uses such providers, data may be transferred or processed outside India or outside your country. AGNIR works with service providers according to applicable provider terms, business requirements, and legal obligations.
11. Retention
AGNIR's current draft retention approach is to keep personal data only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, business follow-up, service discussion, recruitment, internal records, security, legal compliance, accounting, dispute handling, or operational needs.
- Consultation and contact inquiries may be retained while AGNIR evaluates, responds to, and manages the business relationship or related records.
- Careers applications may be retained for recruitment, communication, recordkeeping, and reasonable future consideration unless deletion is requested and deletion is legally and operationally appropriate.
- Analytics data is retained according to the analytics provider settings if analytics is enabled.
- Security logs and technical logs may be retained for operational security, debugging, and abuse prevention.
12. Security
AGNIR uses reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal data against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, alteration, or disclosure. No website, network, or online transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so AGNIR cannot promise absolute security.
